hull design
In-house production stages
The manufacturing process begins with high-quality aluminium sheets selected for their durability and corrosion resistance. These sheets are the base material for creating strong, lightweight boat structures. Different thicknesses of aluminium are used for different parts of the boat from 5 mm for the hull structure to 2 mm for the storage boxes and various interior items.
State-of-the-art CNC cutting machines are used to cut aluminium sheets precisely into the exact shapes needed to ensure accuracy in every detail of the boat's design. This step is crucial to achieve optimal structural integrity and a perfect fit during assembly. Reducing aluminium waste will significantly impact your cost-saving strategy and help protect the environment.
In the welding area highly skilled highly skilled and experienced welders meticulously assemble the cut aluminium sections to create the boat's hull. The welding process requires expertise to ensure that the seams are secure, watertight and corrosion resistant and form a strong foundation of the boat that will withstand the harsh maritime environment.
Then each boat is moved to the paint shop for the next step, which takes about 2 months. From the pre-sanding and preparation of all surfaces to create the perfect smooth base, to the careful application of the finishing coat, everything is handcrafted by our specialists. The use of premium marine-grade materials enhances the aesthetic appeal of the boat while giving an additional level of protection against saltwater corrosion and environmental exposures.
Following the paint application the boat undergoes rough finishing in preparation for the next production stages. At the same time, the engine installation process begins. Otherwise the power system is flawlessly fitted into the boat’s hull in order to maximize the performance.
After the boat's hull is built the focus shifts to the installation of essential equipment and the construction of the utility network. This step involves the integration of navigation systems, electrical components and plumbing to ensure that the boat is fully equipped and ready to operate.
Our highly qualified craftsmen are involved in the boat's interior handling tasks, such as, sewing upholstery, carpentry for the joinery and finishing touches. This phase adds both functionality and aesthetic value creating a comfortable, well-appointed and stylish interior.
Deck equipment is carefully installed according to industry standards. Attention to detail is paramount at this stage to ensure safety while maintaining the overall shapes of the boat.
The completed boat undergoes sea trials, a comprehensive testing phase that evaluates her performance, manageability and safety features in real-world conditions. This important step guarantees that the boat meets quality standards and performs at the highest level.
The final stage is the commissioning of the boat. This involves a thorough inspection, documentation and certification process to verify compliance with regulatory requirements. Now the boat is fully ready to use and is going to be delivered to its’ happy owner giving them the key to freedom and incredible open water discoveries for years to come.
